      I have a Luftwaffe NCO visor and noted that the eagle attachment is incredibly tight. In other words the insignia is not at all loose. The eagle on this cap seems very loose judging from the bottom-side view. I would expect insignia attachment to be more robust.

        The cap is crap! By the way who mentioned the fuzzy piping? I seen the same thing. I would like to say that Sayle is correct in there are period visors with the sweatband sewn in like this. They are a bit less common than other methods but it was still done period. The V-pattern stitching is a bit tighter on period examples as opposed to these Janke “type” visors.
