        Me, showing off? never!

        It's for a reason my friend, it's the only Kaps I've got and I'm just wondering if others have this unique feature with the metal spring on the pasteboard. It gives the cap a boxy shape when looking at it from the front. I've just noticed that the first cap posted shows this characteristic as well.

          This part is a bit strange though, unless the stitching is loose and the peak has pulled out from under the s/band?

            the visor and the sweath leather are loose .around the seam is by not more damage very durable .

              My heart is broken, the cap is not broken .
              the cap, I can easily deform.
              when I release them plummeting into their form back.

                    Andi, I will repair the stitching in the cap for you if you want, no charge. It would give me a chance to inspect the cap as well. What do you say?

                        sorry , i dont see the metalstripe . ..

                        i say yes . you can the stichings repair ? . thats fine , but its then original ? .

                          Your English is fine Andi, better than my German anyway.

                          I don't think anyone would have a problem with repairing the stitching on a cap. It doesn't effect the originality IMO. In fact, I had to re-stitch the peak on my Paul Kaps crusher, it's a common problem.
