My friend has an SS-Untersturmfuhrer of Infantry tunic with the NORGE cuffband and the Norwegian sleeve shield on it so yours is not the only one, but one of the very few.

Yes I have seen that uniform on pictures here on the forum and that is the second untuched uniform with Norge cufftitle sewn on I know about.
A awesome uniform that one
Mine has never had the Norwegian sleeve shield only the Norge cufftitle.

Yes it is very selden to find a named SS helmetcover. It is more common to find a named SS smoch. The mint SS helmet to the same offiser got sold away some time agow and I have tryed to get it out from this person, but without luck

Yes, you can usually see when the helmet is original to the cover in that it is almost minty to the outside and worn to the inside. Just like my set....
