                  Very nice cap!!

Can anybody tell me the value of such a cap.
I'm able to buy one, so please be fair to me.
I had it already in my hands and it seems to be an original.
Feels, smells like a real one. Sewing , scull and eagle look exact like the pics above
The current owner gives garanty. So it won't hurt if it's a fake.
As soon as I know a price I can nagotiate and post pics for experts judgement.

Yeah, checked it but is 2670,00 Euro's a price that's reasonable?
What would be a normal tradeprice?
I do have a paperclip I would sell for 1000,00 euro's, you know what I mean?
Asking is not getting, after all!!!!

SS side caps are somewhat hard to find and thus command somewhat of a price, panzer side caps are even harder to get so i guess the price would be higher, I hear all the time what is it worth there is no real market value, the item what ever it is, is only worth as much as you are willing to pay, years ago i paid 3 times the current marked value for a 1st pattern smock in burred edge camo , why because i liked it and that is what the seller wanted for it, today what i paid for the smock would seem cheap to many.
                        cheers

Hello.Just to say that I've just bought another one in used conditions (this is the reason I let this one go) and I've paid 3000$/2550€.If you are able to find another one in such conditions for less you are lucky

Nice hat. Just an observation, though. This type hat with the RZM tag was originally issued with the skull button. Many of these were later converted with a BeVo skull to replace the button. It would be interesting to see if there is any sign of a button being affixed, like a cut in the front seam (now covered by the BeVo skull) where the button shank would have been pushed through. Regardless, a tough hat to find...Tom

Tom, I have thought the same thing regarding the RZM tag (originally issued for early black overseas caps with the metal skull). Could some one clarify this?

                              Regards,
