Is the "lssah" engraved on the items as it is a bit far-fetched to believe that it has been stamped on after a few years from when they were manufactured....
The bottle is stamped on the rounded neck, and the other has been stamped on a raised portion with no support underneath.
And why even bother to stamp them?

Silver embroidered LAH officer's cufftitle (tunic removed) which was stuffed into the leather pouch with the LAH VT identity disc. Got this from recently deceased vet's daughter after a several month's long mind numbing haggling session.Comment

No, it is not engraved on the cup it is stamped, the water bottle is not mine it belongs to a Russian collector and was not for sale so i could not
obtain it.
Many units property stamped there items, ranging from clothing to equipment and it was not a practice unique to the SS, and not all items and clothing used by the SS were initially made for them a lot were acquired from other sources. You will find unit property stamps Even on items that were ss contract made.
There is nothing far fetched about it at all,
