The quality of the photos is really bad, but based on what I can see here on the cell phone, no good cyphers to me.

I don't know about that it looks a lot like this known vet bring back original cypher.

Thanks Markus and John for weighing in. I'll see if I can get better pics. I thought they might have a chance. No obvious cut-out marks, I could see. They also look well worn into the boards as well.

I like what I see apart from the color, officers are in gilt normally, maybe NCO ciphers on an officer board,
better pics needed!

In fairness, I appreciate the reply. These are the best pics I think I can realistically receive from the seller. They are enlarged, shown from side details, but they are not (understandably) going to take the prongs out and remove them. I will try and make the other ones larger as well if that assists.
