The quality of the photos is really bad, but based on what I can see here on the cell phone, no good cyphers to me. -

I like what I see apart from the color, officers are in gilt normally, maybe NCO ciphers on an officer board,

In fairness, I appreciate the reply. These are the best pics I think I can realistically receive from the seller. They are enlarged, shown from side details, but they are not (understandably) going to take the prongs out and remove them.
