I think bmk outsourced them too - aren't some cases marked with a Prague leather worker's details? I have one upstairs somewhere but I'm at my grub right now.

I think you're right about them ending up together but it could have been during the war - I doubt Wehrmacht quartermasters would have worried about matching cases with binoculars unless there was a specific reason ie for the fit or accessories such as filters etc.

I also have an early war Srb and Stys (but not marked with a name) Artl KM 7x50 that came in a German made case so it seems the Kriegsmarine mixed them too.

Then maybe someone knows which binoculars producer did use KSD cases?

blc 10x50 32148 + leather case mkd ksd 1944 but who know if they originally came together. If your set came from someone who's had them since the war - I'd say they belong together.

They are marked bmk for the maker Srb & Stys Fabrik Praziser Messinstrumente, Prague,

The front of the case, on the lip of the top edge, is stamped with German manufacturing data ksd 1943 WaA14

The case is worth more than the "bmk" / Meopta...

            Hello,
I have recently seen this bmk, 7x50. The marking looks different than on the ones presented here...
