Hi Guys,
i recently bought this rangefinder binocular. It looks very simular to other pieces i found on this forum but it's a little bit difference. Normally the knob has "farbglasser" on it, this one "kleurglazen" and that's the same thing but in Dutch! Also the strap is made of leather instead of canvas. There is no BLC or other makers code on it anymore and the black type plate does not look familiar. The number on the reverse side is 206662.
Could this one be made by the Dutch Nedinsco firm, wich was a Zeiss company. Or was it converted after the war for the Dutch Navy?
It's painted in white but underneed the white there's is marine blue. The white paint comes off fairly easy.
I will attach some images if i figure out how....
Thanks
