I however vote for the white! Even if very light colored the helmet doesn't show any difference of shade between the net, earphones or front band...

The photo in post #11 is not as overexposed as the others, and would IMO suggest that cap is actually white when comparing to the life vest.

Maybe the LKpN is yellow? IMO
Yellow cover for flying helmet for rescue on water in the photo period look the same.
In this case, the yellow cotton cover becomes useless.

Yes, I agree. My point is, based on the photos posted, the helmet can be white, tan, yellow, light green, etc.

Yellow color could be a option, but very unlikely ..
White was done because it reflects the heat, so white would be my option.

both colors turn out white in B&W pics, green and khaki don't turn into white, light brown neither.. ( see pics ..)

Swimmingvests come in different shades, one of mine is rather light, but I've seen them almost white.
