Those are some stunning pieces!!! You have me hooked. The flight suit NCO Beamte rank is one that I have never even seen in reference books before. I am in total awe.

I have no idea what the shoulder cords represent, but they seem definitely related to the known firebase fire fighters.

Here is a senior staff engineer from my collection. All badges are but complete - picture I've been working on these points.

I am always amazed at what it was all for different effects only in the Air Force. Very interesting .....

This is a factory pattern (not an official Army pattern)
The cord is clearly improper for collar tabs of the simple service
The cord could be an example for a customer
To show how look the collar tabs of the intermediate service

These pieces are an enigma, that is for certain. I am just glad that they are labeled. Why would they be labeled to be for a certain career field, versus simply lower level career?
