HG Panzeraufklärer collar tabs opinions please

I think so. There is nothing published on this blue color. I do know that the HGD had a reserve component pre-war... I dont know if they had armor at that time though.

Standard hoard find late HG Panzerjäger collar tabs, upgraded with early tombak skulls.
In post #25 of this thread You can see one of my sets of these, also upgraded with skulls.
They all came without skulls in the hoard.
