Eagle on a 'construction' jacket

This breast eagle is on a black tabbed flight jacket.
Which I believe is a construction or building unit, appears to be dated 1942.

Luftwaffe Breast Eagles

Hi...Is the Bullion eagle on white...a cap/visor eagle or breast??? I'm assuming that since you posted it here...it's a breast eagle but I wanted to ask. If it is...I like it. I have a white Luft tunic that "appears" to have had one....but removed. Again....I like it.
