I have been told this guy is an Oberfeldpolizeidirektor in the GFP. I can't find any information on anyone with this rank who wore the Order of the Crown of Romaina.

So are air force SF and wartime officials the same thing or not? If not, how does one tell the former from the latter?

Sonderfuhrer and Wartime Official had the same insignia types, from what I can see in my readings.

Those last three photos are not Sonderfuhrer(Specialist Leaders) or Wartime Officials.
