Looks like a brighter side of Admin/Sonderfuhrer to me.

Air Traffic control is very bright green, like the Heer Panzergrenadier.

As you can see, there are variations in the shades of green used by Admin/Sonderfuhrer.

As you can see, the NCO has a darker shade of green, in this case. The officer is a bit lighter. This variation is not rank specific. They are just what I have in my collection now. I think that this cap is a perfect LW Admin shade.

Here are better shots of the three. Your cap would be for the NCO levels. I love it. The Sonderfuhrer officer levels would use a standard LW Officers headgear.

Here are the first two- one for Officer and one for NCO(notice only one silver slider on each shoulder cord).

Here is the last one. Most recent addition. Notice two sliders on each cord. It came complete with the Sports Badge in Bronze. The badge and loops are original to the tunic, which has been modified for an expanding gutline.
