    Air and Sea Rescue






    I believe this to be an Air and Sea Rescue patch. Any corrections or information is gratefully appreciated. Haven't found one to reference.

        The insignia is real--it is for the Wasserstrassen-Luftschutz, or waterways air defense. It would be worn on the arm.

          Oops, don't know much about Luftschutz, thought that it was a fantasy creation of the sea going ..

          I looked it up, here's a thread with a nice pic ..
