    Unknown uniform ensemble

Who can tell me something about this uniform and the sleeve badge. M 38 type Schiffchen and a belt buckle from Weimarer Republic?

Isn't this a member of the Wasserstrassenluftschutz?

Interesting (and strange) photograph. It's definitely the Wasserstraßenluftschutz' sleeve badge. The cap insignia, collar patches and shoulder straps do not confirm to that organizations' known patterns, though. The Weimar-era buckle is also unuasal.

They are too blurred to positively identify, but judging from the small size and oval shape (as well as the man's "water-related" occupation) I would guess that one of them is the DLRG's Rettungsschwimmerabzeichen.
