Rear of pack. Not unusual for these to be worn on the "highspots" from contact with aircraft seats. The retaining pins from the ripcord are under the flap with the serrated closure. Because there was no real tension on the closure flap, it was held together by thread or a reed.

Top stamping to pack "55013". I am not sure of this designation, which makes me wonder about place of manufacture.

Next up, the standard seatpack parachute (FL30231) used by both aircrew and pilots (especially ME-109). This one is virtually mint, in its original carrying bag.
