Now that is a rare bird! Manufactured by Richard Rinker in 1931 (R.R.E.). This was the first model of the training charge, which consisted of a lacquered cardboard tube filled with 2.7 grams of black powder. According to the manual "Die Stielhandgranate 24" it was delivered already attached and sealed to the Brennzünder 24. No picture of the Übungsladung 24 is known to exist, apart from the drawings in the manual. This was replaced by the Übungsladung 30, presumably in 1931-32.
