      Nice Collection

      Nice collection there Glen,

The extremely well rusted/fused (Black) C/12 removal tool has certainly seen better days - but I'd still be happy owning one in that condition.
If you come across a better one then i'd be interested in this one.

Nice examples of the rest of your items.

      Kind regards,

      Pete.

        Thanks Pete,

It’s a labor of love I will tell ya. Much harder to track these items down here in the colonies. I need to get over to Europe again & rummage the stalls at some of the big fairs.

Pete if I ever manage to upgrade you will get first shot at this one.

          Glen,
The silver 3 pronged T bar looking one - is it the same diameter as your black primer removal tool?
          Kind regards, Pete

New to my Collection - C/12 Primer Key

            Hi All,

Just got this C/12 Primer Tool/Key (Fits C/22 primers as well) in the post today.

I think its in reasonably good condition for a field find.

The internal thread has now been cleaned and is in good order.
Will have a look through my nuts and bolts tin to see if I can find a suitable screw for this.

Sadly no Adapter - but I got it for a good price

            Kind regards,

            Pete.

              Good job Pete.

Soak that baby in a bucket of evaporust.

              Great catch chief!! [emoji95][emoji106][emoji2532][emoji95]

                  Thanks Glen,

                  OK - evaporust
Is that the 'Trademark' Name for the solution or a term in general?

I put my rusted stuff in tub of White Vinegar for a while - depending on how bad the rust is depends on how long it stays in the tub, works well for me.

Also - I am looking at a 3 Pronged 'T' Key/tool which looks exactly like the one you have in your photo.

Can you please tell me if your one is the same diameter size as the C/12 Primer Tool, or is it smaller?

                  Kind regards,
                  Pete.

Yes Evaporust is the product name. Great stuff.

I will measure the one I have in my collection for you.

                      Thanks for that Glen,

Not sure what to do - clean / don't clean ? - will probably leave this tool in its current condition.
It has that look which matches most of my other items.
I will keep an eye on it though to make sure it does not drastically deteriorate.

Thanks for the info on Evaporust - might give it a try and see how it compares.

                      Kind regards,
                      Pete.

                            88mm Shell Tool

                            Hi All,

Here is an Interesting Shell Tool that came in the post today.

Used to remove C/12 and C/22 Primers - and looks to have a hook for extracting the shell casing from the Breach-Block

If anyone has more information about this tool then please let us know

                            Kind regards,

                            Pete
