Oh, sorry, yes Red stripe might also be 'Tropen' but the red stripe is sealing between the case and the shell: Sorry pics are not too good and too big:
#1 a 'minen' shell
#2 a HE shell

#3-If you are lucky you can get the correct fuse with a red ring around the top cover.
#4 Letters 'Trop' might also be marked on the shell:

Typical tropen marking is dark red(brown/red) thin line over driving ring and also casing mouth area.Also tropen models had same colored red ring around the primer.
