Awesome finds, especially the yellow cylinders in original box are amazing.
They are german WW2 "Meldebüchse See", a floating combination of smokegrenade and messagecontainer.

Paul, I think the yellow canisters are oxygen canisters for interior of tank. That looks to be a 75mm main gun round for panzer.

yes, awesome discoveries - my favorite is your wooden
box for the Ei39 handgrenades, with the wooden inlay !!

Where they used by the Kriegsmarine and what was there purpose please? For example was it some kind of rescue marker?

@PC: they were used to drop written messages from aircraft to ships.
The smokecharge made it easier for the ships crew to find them.

I don't know if this was a Kriegsmarine or Luftwaffe object, maybe Glenn or Nicolas are able to provide more details: markings, etc.
