          Hello,

Thanks for sharing the pictures. Can you explain what the 3KG canisters are at the back of your display?

I would also be interested in your opinion of the schumine that I have just bought as you have one to compare it with.

          Thanks,

          Craig.

            Hello Craig,
Your shoe mine looks good, send me a PM I really dont want to post what makes them good or bad, as you know they are very easy to reproduce.

The 3KG Demo charges are used in various way, you can attach a couple together ot use them as anti-tank devices. One book that really goes into detail is the book called "Tank Killers"

They would have been used pretty much the same way as mines.

                  Hello,

Wow. mines are now 'neat' they were quoted as being 'beautiful' earlier on in this thread... Funny.

MGN, I will send you a PM, understood about the Schumines, as there are a lot of repros around.

Interesting the 3KG charges, I haven't seen them before.

                  Cheers,

                  Craig.

                    Hello Craig,
Yes they are realy neat, funny thing is they are a bit cheaper then greandes, but they dont appear so often and you have to jump on them right away.

I will be looking for your PM,

                    Thanks Michael

LOL. Now you want me to jump on mines.... Hilarious....

I found this pic of a plastic can mine, it was offered to me by a dealer, but to be honest, it looks like it should have sandwiches in it, not explosives. Interesting nonetheless.

                      Cheers,

                      Craig.

PS - keep the mine puns coming please....

Actually, I said my T.Mi. 42 is a 'beautiful example' of one- referring to its condition, not that the mine is a beautiful thing. I took it in good humor last time despite the misquote, however dragging it on is really unnecessary. Besides, we're talking about metal, wood and cardboard cases- not live, deadly devices, so describing them as 'neat' or otherwise isn't weird at all- this whole forum is dedicated to deadly weapons! It's the objects we find interesting, not their effects on people, yes?

Now the jumping on mines- that's a good pun...

                            Hello Matt,

Please don't take it badly, I wasn't making fun out of anyone. They are only interesting because they were designed with only one purpose, to kill people and the ingenuity behind the philosophy is the interesting part. With or without the charge, I think they are still menacing and to use certain 'light hearted' words, is in stark contrast to their original purpose and ironic.

I can't forget what they are and if you think about it, it's quite a morbid topic. I was just trying to bring some humour to the subject and I don't see it as unnecessarily dragging it on, but if I have offended you in some way, then I apologise.

                            Rgds,

                            Craig.

                              Hi Guys!

I picked up this Nebelkerzer.39 a week ago, its inert and in nice condition!
Is there anyone who collect this kind of piece here?
                              Here it is:

I don't collect this type of charge, but it is very interesting and in fantastic condition. Thanks for posting the images.

                                Cheers,
