Nipolit
Zusammensetzung: 29-34 % Nitrocellulose, 20-30 % Nitroglycerin oder Diethylendiglykol, 35-50 % Nitropenta

NIPOLITE: smokeless two-component powder 50%, nitroglycerin 30%, high explosive (Pentrit) 20%. Detonation speed 8200 - 8400 m / s. Nitroglycerin was later partially replaced by dinitrodiethylene glycol, which increases the plasticity of the powder mass. The percentage of the individual components may vary depending on the desired properties of the final product.

Thanks klarkon. Just to clarify, are Nipolit and Nipolite two different substances, or are these just two different descriptions of the same material with slight variations?

There were several variants with small differences in composition.........depending on the raw materials available to them.
