As for the buckle, sorry its no marked as its a dress buckle. Only the belt bears a maker.

Any four tab gold finished buckle is going to be questioned. Any pebbled field on a KM buckle is also questionable. I have seen a Belgium made Reitz style buckle with a gold finish and a pebbled field. That is the only one I know of.
