It seems you were not comfortable with the tunic either. The same tunic is back to its owner (Mark van Tiel) and listed again on his site imcsmilitaria. This time without the shoulderstraps for €1650. Ready to fool another collector.

What a nonsens! I had it for sale already and said I would remove it from Estand. The shoulder boards where never included as also mentioned. Now Mark offers it for me under consignment, no secret at all.

I have (had) several top line items -also currently- for sale at Virtual Grenadier that did not sell on Estand. Of course this has nothing to do with feeling comfortable but also with not having to waste my time with unfundament remarks and contributions like yours in this post.

And this is rather presumptuous. Nobody is here to fool anyone!, certainly not I!

After reviewing some of your most recent threads it is obvious that you are probably a nice guy but your expertise in judging uniforms is to say at least, limited. Of course this is fine but some modesty and reserve judging that of others would therefore be in place, in my humble opinion.

Besides one attempt made by Francois in post #10, NOBODY ever discussed the tunic itself. All that have seen it in hands, and these were not novice, had a good feeling about it. Only the believer will pull the trigger like Jos mentions, yes, but some solid in hands inspection makes the believing sometimes a little bit easier.
