Mine is the 1937 model BD as well, but not in as good of shape as yours. Now I just need a set of KM buttons, or maybe French buttons like you have pointed out in my picture.
I also need to find a period plaid shirt.
Does it means you will convert a british 1937 BD into a KM one ?
How someone knows if he has a period worn 1937 BD instead of one changed yesterday ?
Hi Michel. So there were two different color denim BD's, green and brown (and blue for the RAF), but only the brown ones were captured at Dunkirk and used by the KM? Not the green ones at all?

For the British (BEF) BD, only the brown are possible on U-Boot.
German one have several model in color, making and material (cloth), and two very distinct type.
