Agreed, good aluminum KM summer uniform eagle by J. C. Maedicke of Berlin. Maedicke also produced a slightly different design with a thin wrap around pin instead of the bulky pin shown here. Interesting to note that the aluminum summer eagle produced by Schwerin (also a Berlin maker) had very similar hardware
