The "trapizoid" is definately NOT a Generals...it's Navy. The backing looks "Dk. blue" to my eyes....(regular KM), but if Coastal Arty. the backing would, of course be, "feldgrun" (C.A. shade)...
Either way....an KM officer's (cord hand-embroidered, at least) 1 pc. "trapizoid" is a scarce insignia... in it's own right, with either backing.
