I would have to say "unsure". It's interesting since I haven't before seen an eagle that was machine embroidered with cellon thread -- usually machine embroidered eagles would be in mercerized cotton or hand embroidered in cellon thread. Perhaps Freed Green could comment since he probably has the most experience in these matters.
