Willi,now you've told me that i'm going to walk away... I got the paypal invoice to make payment but noticed the helmet price was going up and up and if someone contacted you to tell you,then it was obvioulsy not a case of shill bidding.

I've added some fine lids to my collection through ebay but this one seemed to good to be true...it was all in $2500...I like to do the robbery not the other way round.

Not sure what I can say Bob. The other guy also received an invoice and was quoted the price that is now listed on eBay. I just hope no one is getting screwed here.

I'm not implying anything under handed is going on here, but I do find it interesting that the seller's pics sure look like my pics from 2011 (please see accompanying photographs below shot by me in 2011).

I also find it odd that I shipped this helmet to Poland on Feb. 6., 2012 and now it's located in Idaho, USA. Interesting, but I suppose not impossible.

Larry, that is interesting. It was pointed out to me that it looks like one of your former helmets. I assume you sold it for more, so why would the seller have ended the auction early and sent out two invoices? I wonder if others also received an invoice. Something fishy is going on.

Yes, a scam for sure. The seller in his original listing states the helmet has no decals and therefore is not a problem to be sold. Obviously we can see the decal. I just called the guy who thinks he won it for $5100.
