I also don`t like this decal...
Better you look for an "classic" kind of KM decal, for example an birdie with an gold-brown outlinig, which can very often find at ET/SE shells...

This is definitely a different variant, Different but not necessarily bad.
I also think it is a thin-winged KM. I have never owned one and I believe these are late war and unlaqured. I believe one was on ebay recently,
