Mod 35 SS reissued : opinions?

My opinion is,its a Norwegian helmet,which has been overpainted,and later the paint has been cleaned off,down to the original paint,when Norwegians reissued the helmet,they simply overpainted the original german paint and decals,in denmark when they reissued german helmet,the paint was cleaned off down to the steel.
About the liner,I agree with the others,Norwegian liner,large size marking,dark leather.

....But I just wonder what kind of decal is shown in the third picture, does nobady has a opinion on it??

Now, I thought that this could be a sort of OT-insignia ( painted or not). I already saw these type of 'decal' on re-issued Adrian-style french WW2 helmets....

Hard to say since there was a huge uncovering expedition that took place. Could have been there after all the reissues. Does look like some type of hand made (stencil) Org. Todt decal..
