Lastly, I venture to think that between 1940 and 1943 the Albanian personnel not directly recruited in the Italian Royal Army adopted a simplified war uniform, as this photograph would testify, where we also see a mixture with pre-war model 1936 uniforms, but this goes beyond my available sources. In any case I tried to reconstruct the gray-green wartime-uniform of the generals with the only warning that I believe the black leather chinstrap was worn on this visor:
