What exactly do you mean by "two bars"?

For some reason my great grandfather or another family member swapped the ribbons. I know it's incorrect, but I think I want to keep it this way...

Thanks for being here for me, enorepap. My nonna will be proud to see the medals grouped together.

I went ahead of purchased the 1917, 1918 bars, and a replacement Italian tricolor ribbon for the 1915-1918 medal. I am starting to think that the medals should have their correct ribbons after all.

The vendor wanted 10euro to ship each item... I asked if he could combine shipping charges... so we shall see.

A hard-copy of my bisnonno's service record arrived in the mail today. It includes a second page to the service record that I've never seen before!

The ink stamp that they used was double struck/ smudged. Can you help me with a translation, please?

The dates on this second page seem to be the 1930s... and I see tell-tale Roman numerals which signifies the years since Mussolini took power.
