Breda 30 update !

    Little up date Kanister on production figures !..some interesting results ...both Commando Supremo & Wikipedia sites claim 30,000 !..i checked in Ralph Riccios book Italian Small Arms it says by 1939 , 28.000 had been made !!...so a bit of a mixed result ?....

                  Ralph is a friend of mine and has the same figures about September 1939 but remember that the Breda 30 was produced till 1945.
                  You can see that also SN of yours is higher.

                    Ok my friend if iam a bit wooden between the ears ...but explain to me this ..so if by 1936-37 oct to oct , my one is made & is No 44469 !..thats over 44,000 units made up to that date !..then how can the figure be of only 28,000 made up to the year 1939 !?....also does any one have the toaly production figure by 1945 ??

                      Don't think so.
                      There were a couple of pre-models that eventually lead to the Breda m.30.
                      The one on your picture might be the m.24 (or m.26?).

                        Yes you could well be right there Tobias !..the image had no info with it !.. i thought it a pre Breda model , as it looked somewhat similar to the Breda 30 so thought it might be conected !?...but interesting all the same !...any way... back to my question for you about your Breda ...is it complete ??

                          Yes it is complete.
                          However, put together from various pieces:
                          - barrel from slowenia
                          - main body + charger from Germany
                          - but stock and grip from Rome
                          - legs from the US
