Kriegsmarine Tunic, opinions please

I would guess this to be a parade or mess tunic for a signals man. I rtried to take the best on the spot fotos and the tunic seems good to me. Any opinions and what would be a good ballpark figure on these? The condition is excellent apart from 2 minor moth holes I spotted. Thanks in advance!!! Iam debating wether to purchase it

The tunic is good, not the eagle.

Thanks Michel, Iam more then likely going to pick the tunic up after running a black light over it. The sun really ruined my shots of the eagle so Iam posting what little I can salvage out of the eagle fotos. The only other alarm I can think of is that the back of the buttons are dated 41 and the tunic is stamped 39, but Iam sure that is ok. Being that the seller is more or less on a friendship line with me and has some good stuff I still give a little benefit of the doubt to him on the eagle. Here is what I could get out of the eagle fotos.

My first thought was that the cevron was re-sewn. Dont like the withe threads surounding the patch.
