I picked this grouping up recently from a veteran's grandson. The tunic is in excellent condition except for the boards being gone. Has anyone seen any other uniforms by this French maker?

Not so sure Juan. The NCO slip on boards were badly sewn on. The tunic appears to be high quality officer grade.
Here's a link to the GD tunic; http://virtualgrenadier.com/sale_item.php?iid=4616

grouping
the tunic is an original officer privately made tunic (high quality wool).
The collar patches are for an officer. The shoulderboards are nco so I assume that they were later attached to the tunic ?
(I do not see any former stitching for an nco on the collar. That also would be strange as this is a privately made officers tunic).
The cap is for an EM/NCO.
The trousers are also original but I doubt if they belong to the tunic as they are much more worn and they look bigger in size.
so this is not a grouping ie not all worn by one an the same soldier. (the dagger is offcourse Luftwaffe).
best
