I'm always interested in the wide-variation of wool used in later war tunics. Wondering if anyone can comment on this style? To me, it seems to be more the grey/green version of Feldgrau '44.<o</o

Photos and light being what they can be, in my eye this looks to be a straight down the middle Feldgrau 44 shade/color.

I would call Feldgrau 44 much closer to olive drab of the US WWI variety than to orginal German Feldgrau.
