Just got this one in. Have been looking for a regiment 100 GJ for a long time. The Kreta ct was loose and came with the tunic. The eagle is reapplied. All comments welcome. J

Nick, thanx for that input. I was especially interested in a discussion of the markings. You are right the tunic was adjusted and the pockets stictched flat. What does G41 means? The markings at the top (thin stamp) is" KARL..... and below the name it is not G41, but 341 (part of the thin stamp )part. The lower thick stamps seem to be added later?
The tunic is the very high quality fabric found on early tunics.

Probably the month (3) and date (41) as there is a space between the 3 and the 41...Thick stamps are most likely the re-tailoring stamps.
