Good day all
I just want to show off a few pictures of my piped tunic for a 2nd Leutnant of the Infantry. It's one of my favourite tunics from my collection as the quality of it is just stunning, sadly I have no history with it as the Officers name on the Hannover tailor label is illegible (to me anyhow). It is however clearly dated 17th June 1940. I guess the original owner was in the money as there appears to have been no expense spared in the tailoring of the tunic. I love the press studs on the lower flap to keep the front panel closed.
Please let me know what you think.
Best wishes
Dave
