    Assault Gunner Tunic Size Markings

Do these look right for an assault gunner tunic?

    Thank you,

      I agree with both points.

I could also add that I don't like the stamps (font nor placement) in general. If the chest size was 112 or 114 ( I question if odd chest size stamps were ever used??) it would be like a US 46 or 48 inch chest......so it would be interesting to see if it is in fact that large.

In my humble opinion you can not judge a tunic by stamps, Bob I would like to see this wrap before say you is bad, by the way I never seen the stamp 113.

            Thank you,

I will post photos tonight, although I do not hold out a lot of hope. I did test every material and thread and they are all correct.

Bob, does the insignia pass muster?

                          Bob,

These photo's confirm my first concerns regarding markings and liner fabric. I do not think this is a original garment.

The collartabs might be private purchase; perhaps you can post some close ups?

                              Don,

I don't like the collar tabs or shoulder board ciphers. The cuff title looks good and the shoulder board, sans ciphers, are good. I don't see the reinforcement stitches where the collar meets the body, in the front. This is present on all my other wrappers. The breast eagle is the flatwire type machine sewn when tunic was made. It is WHEN the tunic was made that concerns me.
