Rank insignia is that of a Hauptmann (Captain) in a Infantry regiment. The jacket is in good condition, no moth holes, I think all the insignia are correct together (I'm by far no expert ). One thing I noticed in the lining at the top of the both sleeves is a small cloth style loop (I've ringed it in red) and on the bottom left is a small pocket - Question what are the loops for ? and the pocket was it for any particular piece of uniform ? If further pictures are required, please ask. Any information appreciated.
