That sleeve patch is one of Don C's iron-on laundry labels circa 1985.

i can assure you this is not an iron on laundry label

it is sewn trough the sleeve

the insignia is not a print
the 3 colored shield is sewn on an green background

The text on the shield is not the usual size or format

The badge I do not like and the background of the eagle neither.
Tunic? It certainly is nothing standard but some aspects in construction are intriguing. Can't imagine it has been manufactured to counterfeit, I have seen stranger garments in period photo's. Material is probably of Russian origin. I'm happy to hear what others make of it.
                    Maybe something Todt related?

Cloth is polish origin; this type of cloth was used to made polish pre war army summer/drill uniform.

Shield looks like one of these modern printed fakes

It is a cheap copy shield and made from a computer design of the patch with a modern font, the colors are not even correct. The fabric was used by many countries for fatigue uniforms and work clothing. The stamps IMO are not German. Not sure what it is.

I can confirm that that is definitely not one of my laundry tags. Mine had Barney the Purple Dinosaur on them.
