The badge I do not like and the background of the eagle neither.
Tunic? It certainly is nothing standard but some aspects in construction are intriguing. Can't imagine it has been manufactured to counterfeit, I have seen stranger garments in period photo's. Material is probably of Russian origin. I'm happy to hear what others make of it.

It is a cheap copy shield and made from a computer design of the patch with a modern font, the colors are not even correct. The fabric was used by many countries for fatigue uniforms and work clothing. The stamps IMO are not German.
