The collar tabs have been there a long time, well incrusted.

There is a lot of distraction around the eagle: a stain, some damage to the insignia itself, and the tailor variation of speed on the machine when sewing, relatively sloppy job for someone who woks in a factory(not too say it cannot happen, I hear the smart a--es already)...a few issues there.

I would base my final opinion on the thread of both eagle & collar tabs as a ensemble. I like the rest of the tunic btw.

Stains are all over the tunic, not only around the eagle. It's a really salty example.

Once arrived, I'll inspect closer and take additional pictures.
