Overcoat question

The 78th IR was one of the units that stayed in occupied Belgium and France until the Summer of 1941. That might be a reason for the single button etc. I have a French made overcoat with the exact same green silk lining. We cannot be 100% sure that it might be foreign tailored but it is interesting the unit was there etc. .
