23 seems more likely now....i just don;t know, when i first looked, it looked like 70, then a friend said 24

I can see the "2", if I had to guess I would say the second one is also "3".

I guess not everyone followed the regulations. I like to think the owner of my waffenrock was too busy in combat to wear his waffenrock
This is an example of a SB that was not affected by the regulations. Could it be that your soldier served on the 34?

Hi Juan, i guess he could of been with the 34, but it does look more like a 2 in the first number....guess we'll never know for sure
