It seems to be Waffen SS EM boards and not for a Heer tunic.

I would not take that bet as I would loose! I would bet a weeks pay the tabs are there too! Nice tunic I would be very happy to have! Just don't let curiousity get the best of you and lift the collar for a peek LOL!
