Thanks, John. The Waffenrock is a lightweight version and I suspect it was tailored in an occupied country. All the insignia is original to the tunic to include the eagle, from what I can tell. Here's a few more pics - the cap is Geprüft marked to the 9th Company of the 6th Aufklarüngs Regiment:

I notice that the rubber heels on the boots are made by the famous German tyre manufacturer 'Continental' which implies to me that they were not imported & the UK/US size markings could suggest that they were possibly intended for the export market. I can't comment on the date of your boots, but they are made in the classic 'Oxford' style which apparently was also known as the 'Blücher'. I (and many others) used to wear these exact same style of boots to school in the '70s, but the style goes back a lot longer than that.
